I was hit by someone with USAA insurance. My insurance is Geico. I have liability insurance. How will I get the USAA insurance people to pay for a rental car because my car is wrecked? They will find out sooner or later that it is the other persons fault, and also, as a result of them hitting me, my car hit the person in front of me.
